A family tradition on the water
La Camogliese has welcomed guests to the Camogli seafront for over seventy years. What began as a small osteria serving fishermen and locals has grown into one of the Ligurian Riviera's most beloved seafood restaurants, while never losing its soul.
Every morning, our kitchen sources the day's catch directly from the Camogli fishing fleet. Our pesto is made by hand with basil grown in the terraced hills of Pra, our trofie rolled on wooden boards, and our focaccia baked in the same wood-fired oven that has warmed this dining room since 1948.
We believe the best food comes from the deepest roots. Here, on the water's edge, with the scent of the sea and the sound of waves, that belief becomes a meal.
Excellent restaurant. We go every time we're in Camogli. At least 4-5 times each summer. Great quality and service. Lovely people. Too bad that every time we visit they never remember us and it always feels like the first time 😂😤
